TUITION AND FEES
Like every other home and business, U.S. Taekwondo operates on a budget. We count on receiving payments on time, so we can make purchases and pay salaries that ensure our school runs smoothly and to meet you and your child’s expectations. For that reason, we have established a policy concerning payment of tuition and fees.
TUITION
Tuition is $75.00 per week for the after school program and $125.00 per week for the summer. Tuition is due on Friday for the coming week, but no later than Monday or on your child’s first day. We will provide you with tax statements at the end of the year upon request.
If you have a problem with your payment, please talk to the head Instructor. While we make every effort to accommodate special circumstances, we may have to ask you to make other arrangements for your child until payment can be made.
LATE PICK-UP FEE
Children become upset when parents are late picking them up. Additionally, when you are late, U.S. Taekwondo faces staffing issues.
As a result, we charge a late fee of $5.00 per child for every 5-minute interval that a parent arrives after 6pm. We understand that sometimes things happen that may be out of your control, a phone call to keep us informed might save you the late pick-up fee.
If you are more than one hour late and U.S. Taekwondo has been unable to contact anyone listed on your child’s enrollment forms, law requires that we contact Social Services who will pick up your child for safekeeping.
HOLIDAYS AND CLOSED DAYS

SCHOOL CLOSINGS
On those days when a holiday or other non-scheduled school closing prevents your child from attending school, he or she may stay all day at U.S. Taekwondo for an additional fee. On the other hand, if your child does not attend U.S. Taekwondo at all on those days, the regularly scheduled tuition rate for the day will be due.
Drop off time for full day is no earlier than 7:30am. (See school calendar) Remember to pack your child’s lunch and snacks.
